The big money maker is Prototype cloaking devices. The BPO only costs 90mil isk, and in most regions it can sell for 2-4mil isk (sometimes more!) and only costs about 900k to build. And it takes no special skills to build. Ive made over 100mil isk in a day doing nothing but being logged out as my cloaking devices sell over the market.
Inertia Stabalizers I
This is a very big money maker right now because of the popularity of very fast battleships. With the new patch, the best way to achieve high speeds is to fill your low slots with these things, so the market supply is not meeting the demand. That being said, you can build these for about 15k isk and sell them for 40-120k isk in almost all regions. It really is a money maker!
Next time you want to fly into enemy territory and engage your “not so friendly” neighbors with missiles/laser beams o-death, try placing a few hundred bookmarks in your cargo hold (which take up no space whatsoever) and when u warp into system open up your cargo hold window. Upon doing this, even more so if multiple people do it, it will cause the system you are in to lagg down incredibly (think Jita on a friday night with a shit computer) and make it next to impossible for anyone to effectively respond or react to your intrusion. Changing windows, docking, undocking, warping away, ect… will take like 6-10 times longer. It’s really annoying to have it happen to you but it works.
Make sure that you use an external chatting program (IM or VENT or TeamSpeak or such) so you can still communicate with your corp/gang.
Mining and Defense
Always work on your mining if you intend to make money quickly but remember to keep a defensive edge for your ship. You never know when you might find that cubby of pirates while mining that will try to take you out.
